1. At GUACA, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the jewelry is unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.
2. Before sending any item back, customers must first contact our support team by email at info1@guaca-inc.com to request return authorization and receive the return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
3. We do not accept returns on customized pieces or final sale items.
4. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
