5. International shipping and customs
For international orders, the buyer may be responsible for import taxes, duties, VAT,
and/or customs handling fees depending on the destination country.
• GUACA-Inc completes customs information accurately (description, value, country of
origin, etc.).
• Customs processing delays are outside of GUACA-Inc’s control.
6. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
• GUACA-Inc may request valid proof of shipment and/or delivery confirmation from the
carrier.
• If an item arrives damaged, the buyer should contact us as soon as possible and
provide photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist.
• Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays do not automatically imply GUACA-Inc’s
direct responsibility, but we will help track the shipment and guide the next steps.
7. Shipping labels and refunds for unused labels
If GUACA-Inc purchases a shipping label and that label is not used (for example, the
shipment is cancelled before dispatch), refunds and timelines depend on the carrier
and on the label remaining unused.
• USPS: unused labels are typically refundable within 10 days of label creation.
• UPS: unused labels are typically refundable within 14 days of label creation.
• FedEx: unused labels are typically refundable within 10 days of label creation.
These timelines may vary depending on service type and carrier policies.
8. Returns
Return terms (if applicable) are described in GUACA-Inc’s Returns Policy. If a return is
authorized, GUACA-Inc will provide return-shipping instructions and the appropriate
method.
9. Shipping insurance
Some services allow shipping insurance. If the buyer requests (or GUACA-Inc
recommends) insuring a shipment, the insurance cost may be added to the order total
or included in the shipping fee, depending on the case.
10. Shipping fees
Shipping costs depend on origin, destination, package weight and dimensions, service
level, and add-ons (signature, insurance, etc.). Charges are shown at checkout or
agreed with the buyer for special cases.
